Required Documents

Please send the following documents to [email protected] to complete the application.  Once all are received, we will schedule the Family Interview.

• Birth Certificate
• Report Cards from previous school (two previous years)

Additional Documents

• Transfer Students – Transcripts (complete High School Transcripts for all transfer students)
• Math Placement – letter of recommendation from Math instructor including classes taken and class placement recommended (required for all transfer students)
