Enrollment Process
Apply & Interview
January–February
- Families complete the online application and schedule a family interview.
- Parents and students meet with Chesterton Academy staff to get to know one another and discern whether Chesterton is the right fit.
- Students who are accepted will receive an acceptance letter following the interview.
Placement Assessments
February
Following acceptance, all applicants complete placement assessments in:

Mathematics
-
Reading comprehension
-
Writing
Students may also choose to take a placement test to test out of Latin I.

Fees & Enrollment
March
Upon completion of assessments, families submit enrollment fees, which include:

$450 book fee
(books, art supplies, CLT testing, and summer reading) -
One-time $150 new student fee
(includes school apparel and required texts)
These items will be ordered by the Academy on your behalf.
Tuition & Financial Aid
April
Families may choose:

Pay tuition annually or semi-annually

Set up monthly tuition payments and/or apply for financial aid through TADS (Tuition Aid Data Services)
TADS is a tuition and financial aid system used by Catholic schools nationwide to ensure fair and confidential financial aid decisions.
Tuition and Fees
Chesterton Academy of Omaha is committed to offering an outstanding classical Catholic education at an affordable cost.
Tuition for the 2026–2027 academic year:
$7,875 per student
Additional Fees:

Book fee: $450 per student

New student fee (one-time): $150
The book fee and new student fee are due upon acceptance.
Because tuition does not cover the full cost of education, families are asked to assist through volunteer service at various school events throughout the year.
Financial Assistance
We are committed to making Chesterton Academy accessible to families from a wide range of financial circumstances. Financial aid is available to qualifying families and is awarded based on demonstrated need.
We use TADS to collect information such as household income, medical expenses, and multiple tuition obligations in order to determine financial aid eligibility.

The student application must be completed before financial aid is considered.

TADS charges a processing fee for financial aid applications.

Families seeking financial aid are encouraged to apply early.
